Nos Caves Vin takes wine storage seriously and provides Members the proper climate, state-of-the-art security and provenance that their valuable wine collections deserve.

We can pack and transport your collection from its current location to your storage space at NCV for you. The packing will be done by experienced movers and the transport by a bonded & insured courrier service. Please call for the details.

Storage Spaces
Storage spaces include lockers or rooms for collections from 18 to hundreds of cases.

Custom wood or metal racking is available. Each storage space includes a lock & key.

Climate Control
The storage area is kept at the perfect wine storage temperature of 55 degrees with a relative humidity of 59-65%.

Members rest easy knowing that redundancy is designed into the refrigeration systems to maintain the ideal climate should system problems arise.

Monitoring
Using the latest, real time Cellar Sensor tools, the climate in the storage area is monitored all day, every day. NCV knows the minute there are any changes to storage area temperature or humidity.

There are three (3) devices monitoring the ambient climate in the wine storage area and one bottle probe to monitor the temperature of wine in a wine bottle. The temperature of the wine in a wine bottle is shown below.

Security
Access to the Members-only storage area is controlled by NCV's state-of-the-art biometric security system. Simple and effective.

Disaster Preparedness
Nos Caves Vin has refrigeration experts monitoring the climate in the storage area 24/7 and are ready - day or night - to immediately resolve any issue around power or system failure.

Provenance
Proving the provenance of Member wine collections is easily accomplished with reports generated by Cellar Sensor and NCV's exceptional collection management services.

Collection Insurance
We work with an independent insurance agency if you desire additional insurance for your collection. This experienced insurance provider has wine collection insurance for your collection.
