Steve has been managing our wine room construction since 2005 and was the general contractor on both NCV locations. He was a widely respected GC in Houston since the late 80’s, specializing on old homes inside the Loop and focused on the Heights area.

Now he is semi-retired and only does wine rooms for NCV.

He designed and installed the wine features at three Perry's Steakhouse & Grilles: Memorial City, Cinco Ranch and Austin. He won the 2006 / 07 National Award from SubZero Wolf for The Best Use of Wine Storage in a Unique Location for a wine feature in a home on Lake Travis.
