About Nos Caves Vin

Jost Lunstroth, our Founder, and CEO has been designing and building award winning wine features in greater Houston and parts of the Hill Country since 2005. He was a National Award Winner in the 2006 / 07 Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen Design Competition, winning the National Award for Best Use of Wine Storage in a Unique Location. He had the idea for NCV in 2008 and opened the doors in 2009.

Nos Caves Vin (NCV) was the first company in Texas to offer purpose built wine storage facilities that combine state-of-the-art wine storage and architect designed lounges for the enjoyment of wine. NCV Wroxton opened in 2009 and NCV Frostwood in 2013. In 2017, Lunstroth started building wine cellars again as NCV Custom Wine Rooms. NCV Custom Wine Rooms currently builds wine features in greater Houston, Austin, San Antonio and the greater Hill Country. They recently completed a 3,500+ bottle wine room in Corpus Christie.

NCV is the sole partner in Houston for The Wine Mover and has partnerships with many other wine-centric companies. NCV Custom Wine Rooms is the exclusive dealer for the CUBE and CAVEA in Houston, Austin and San Antonio as well as being the exclusive dealer in those areas for certain wine rack suppliers.

Jost Lustroth, Founder, CEO, President

His professional background includes seven years at Tony’s Restaurant in Houston (started as part-time waiter and left in 1988 as Manager), time as an Internet Strategist to F200 companies, and a designer of award-winning custom wine cellars.

He designed and installed the wine features at three Perry's Steakhouse & Grilles: Memorial City, Cinco Ranch and Austin. He won the 2006 / 07 National Award from SubZero Wolf for The Best Use of Wine Storage in a Unique Location for a wine feature in a home on Lake Travis.

Jason Sherman csw, wine services manager

Sherman has been a full-time wine professional since 2001. His experience includes Beverage Director at Carlton Woods Country Club, Manager / Sommelier at Mortons Steakhouse, and Manager / Sommelier at Brennans of Houston. He also worked at a wine harvesting cooperative in the Priorat for nine months.

Anitha Balaji,controller

Anitha has over 10 years of experience working in the accounting and finance fields at companies like Chevron and Shell as well as few small /medium size businesses. She has a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Houston.
